I exercise regularly, and (personally) like as little product on when I sweat.I usually exercise in the evening if I have any BB cream or make up still on I use my Banila Clean It Zero to get as much as I can off, and rinse throughly with water before I go and exercise. After exercise, I ready for a shower. And I like that the steam opens up my pores, so I pick up the rest of my night routine right after throwing a refrigerated sheet mask into the mix once in a while feels absolutely awesome also! 2 points submitted 1 year agoNo problem!Just as a disclaimer, I not usually prone to breakout unless its hormonal, so this stuff works for me so far and haven had the need to add any BHA/AHA into the routine yet. I usually just wash my face with just water, otherwise I use Shiseido Pureness Foaming cleansing fluid Missha Perfect Cover BB cream w/SPF (This is usually all the SPF I need since I in an office all day, but when I am outside I use a Neutrogena sunblock w/helioplex)..
Why We Have UnionsJump to Last Post 1 13 of 13 discussions (50 posts)With all the hate for unions I’m seeing around here, I thought it might be helpful to remind people what happens when they don’t exist, or are very weak.Next month is the 100th anniversary of the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire, which claimed the lives of 146 of the factory’s 500 workers. The death toll was so high in part because the factory owners had locked the doors to the fire escape to “prevent theft.” The ladders of the firefighters could not reach the top floors of the building, so many workers leaped to their deaths rather than be burned alive.Although a few of the workers were unionized, most were not because most were recent immigrants who could not afford to lose their job, no matter how unsafe the working conditions or pitiful the pay. The owners of the factory subcontracted much of the work to people who hired workers and pocketed a portion of the profits.
This Twitter deal is just a promo stunt. A clever one, to be sure, but it’s all about mass marketing. K’naan’s songs have so much strong topical content, and it’s rather unfortunate to think of his art being compromised for the sake of promotion. And really? You think Twitter’s made up of “profound” postings? That’s news to me.Posted: 2009/04/08 at 11:07 AMWhile I agree that Twitter may not be the best forum for this type of creative collaboration, you have to give him credit for trying it out.
Especially when a call to prayer can be heard in the background. The YouTube clip was originally called “Batallion 50 Rock the Hebron Casbah,” and was taken down from (most of) YouTube almost as soon as it went viral by the soldier who uploaded it.The Israeli army has responded with a harsh statement, saying “the matter is currently being investigated by the battalion commanders,” and that those involved will be reprimanded for “inappropriate conduct during a military operation.”FILM REVIEW: Titanic 3D minute by minuteJames Cameron’s Titanic was always a marathon at three hours and counting. As it returns in 3D, Eli Glasner examines the experience minute by minute and discovers Cline Dion’s ubiquitous soundtrack, and James Cameron’s risible dialogue, have not improved with age.
