Hi Andrew! I watched Nike attempt to break the 2 hour marathon barrier earlier this year and was amazed at how close Kipchoge came to the 2 hour mark. What are your thoughts on using PED to break the record, not as an official time but just to show the world the human body can do it? Do you see any other companies/teams/individual runners trying again in the future after Nike failure? I know before Bannister broke the 4 minute mile many people thought it was impossible. Do you think that subconsciously this has affected the attempts made on the 2 hour record so far?.
There would be upfront costs initially and harmonization would be one of them, but long term there are major savings to be had by not having 4 mayors, 30 something councillors, 4 police departments, 4 public works departments, etc, and all the dozens of facilities needed to support all of these departments. There’s tons of efficiencies to be had through centralization. Not only that, but an amalgamated municipality would have more political clout when dealing with the province or feds..
I am not a misogynist or gatekeeper, you are simply trying to make me out to be someone you like to imagine as an opponent rather than address the substance of my argument. You seek to discredit my argument by making suppositions about me which are not tru to vlify me and try make my points redundant. Hey, you want to claim I racist and sexist and anti immigration too despite the fact I mixed race, the son of an immigrant and campaign and march for women and LGBT rights?.
Byliner published her newest work of fiction on Wednesday. I’m Starved for You is 44 pages long. It’s a dystopian tale of love and lust set in the future. Third baseman Ryan Zimmerman was a National when the Lerner family bought the team, so Strasburg was the Lerners’ first great player and biggest splash. More than that, Lerner admired how Strasburg and Rachel lived quiet and humble lives, unchanged by his stature. He liked them personally and appreciated what Strasburg meant to his team..
I don’t think we know what “true communism” is. Marx had a very specific place from which he spoke that’s impossible to relate to today. He was more conservative than his contemporaries, and things like private property had an entirely different meaning at that time.
Sweatshops often have no toilets, very little ventilation, no emergency exits, and there are usually a lot of workers working at the same time so it is very crowded and hot. If a worker does not do something right usually their bosses will beat them or hit them so that they will not do it again. Through sweatshops, child labor, harsh working conditions, and being beaten; not just adults but children go through this every day for little to no pay just to try to support their families.
